One vehicle rollover crash Date 05/18/20 Address CTY P / WILLIS LN, BAGLEY, WI 53801 On May 18, 2020, at 5:24 p.m. the Grant County Sheriff's Office responded to CTY P near Willis Lane in Wyalusing Township for a one vehicle rollover crash. The investigation showed the driver, Donna McIntyre, age 23  of Bagley, was traveling north on CTY P when she lost control of a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban after swerving to miss a deer. The vehicle entered the ditch, came back onto the roadway and then overturned before coming to rest on it's top. Donna McIntyre was treated for minor injuries at the crash scene. Andrew Reynolds,  age  27  of Bagley,  was a passenger in the vehicle along with a 1 year old child. Neither Reynolds or the child were injured. Donna McIntyre was charged with Operating while Intoxicated 2nd Offense with a passenger under 16 years of age, Fail to Install Ignition Interlock Device and Operate without a Valid Drivers License.  Assisting at the crash scene was the Bagley First Responders, West Grant EMS and Bloomington Fire Department. **Persons arrested by the Grant County Sheriff's Office are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. An arrest is only an indication that probable cause exists to bring formal charges.** The names of victims and witnesses to a crime have been withheld in accordance with §950.04. Traffic stop results in multiple charges EAGLE PT RD, HAZEL GREEN, WI 53811 On May 18, 2020, at 10:30 p.m. a deputy from the Grant County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on Eagle Point Road near O'Leary's Lake Recreational Area. As a result of the stop, Jessie Bailey, 37, of Haynesville, Louisiana, was arrested for Operating with a Restricted Controlled Substance - 4th Offense. As a result of assistance by K9 Sam, of the Cuba City Police Department, Jessie Bailey is also being charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of MDMA (Ecstasy), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bailey was transported to the Grant County Jail where he is being held for an initial court appearance. Cuba City Police Department and Kieler Service Center assisted at the scene. **Persons arrested by the Grant County Sheriff's Office are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
