Blown tire leads to one vehicle rollover and OWI arrest.

CFS19-22846 08/15/19 HWY 151 / WEST LN, DICKEYVILLE, WI
On 08/15/2019 at approximately 3:15 p.m., on Hwy 151 North of West Lane in Jamestown Township, Centaura Vaasen, age 51 of Dickeyville, was traveling northbound in her 2000 Dodge Durango. While traveling the back passenger tire blew out causing the vehicle to enter the
median and overturn. Vaasen was not injured in the crash, but was checked on scene by Dickeyville EMS. After
investigation, Vaasen was
arrested for OWI 1st offense. The Grant County Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by Dickeyville Ems, Dickeyville fire, and Donnies Tire and Tow.

**Persons arrested by the Grant County Sheriff's Office are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. An arrest is only an
indication that probable cause exists to bring formal charges.** The names of victims and witnesses to a crime have been withheld in
accordance with §950.04.
ONE VEHICLE ROLLOVER
CFS19-22928 08/16/19 CTY T / FOREST RD, BLUE RIVER, WI 53518
On August 16, 2019 at approximately 10:00 am, Taylor Napp, age 18 of Fennimore, was driving a 2002 Ford F-150, north on CTY T in
Watterstown Township. Napp drove into the east shoulder of the road and lost control. The truck drove up an embankment before rolling onto
its roof. The truck came to rest on the shoulder of the road. Mr. Napp was wearing his seat belt and no injures were reported. The truck was
a total loss and no charges filed. Doan's Towing removed the vehicle from the scene.

Grain box auger causes damage to parked vehicle
S MAIN ST, DICKEYVILLE, WI 53808
On 8/17/19 at approximately 6:00 p.m., Cullen M. Kruser, age 20 of Burlington, WI was traveling northbound on S. Main St. in the Village of Dickeyville. Cullen was driving his 2017 Dodge Ram and pulling an empty gravity box. The auger of the gravity box came loose, pivoting, and
striking a legally parked vehicle. The parked vehicle, a 2001 Chevy Silverado owned by Paul Guy III, 47, of Dickeyville, sustained minor damage. No injuries were reported.

Traffic Stop leads to OWI arrest
CFS19-23088 08/17/19 HWY 151, PLATTEVILLE, WI 53818
On 8/17/19 at approximately 9:00 p.m., a traffic stop was conducted on vehicle being driven by Robert Dilworth, age46 of Fitchburg, for operating with a suspended registration. During the contact the deputy detected the odor of alcohol and signs of impairment.

Field sobriety tests were done and Robert was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense. Robert was also cited for Failure to Install an IgnitionInterlock Device and Operating While Revoked. Robert was transported and turned over to the Grant County Jail.
