06411 03/12/20 CTY D / BANNER RD, PLATTEVILLE, WI 53818 ON MARCH 12, 2020 AT APPROXIMATELY 9:16 AM JESLIAS MURILLO (BELMONT) WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON BANNER ROADNEAR THE INTERSECTION OF COUNTY HIGHWAY D, LIMA TOWNSHIP IN HIS 2005 SUBARU FORESTER WITH PASSENGERS JOHNSTOLZFUS (PLATTEVILLE) AND AMOS STOLZFUS (BELMONT). MURILLO STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN ON BANNER ROAD AND FAILED TO YIELD TO THE TRAFFIC TRAVELING SOUTH ON COUNTY HIGHWAY D. TIARA LASSE (LANCASTER) WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON COUNTY D IN HER 2018 CHEVROLET CRUZE WITH TREVOR MUNNS(LANCASTER). MURILLO WAS IN THE LANE OF TRAFFIC AS LASSE APPROACHED THE INTERSECTION. LASSE WAS UNABLE TO AVOID THE FORESTER CRASHING INTO THE BACK DRIVERS SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. JOHN STOLZFUS WAS TRANSPORTED BY SOUTHWEST HEALTH EMS FOR INJURIES SUSTAINED IN THE CASH. Vehicle Fire / Arrest 02/27/20 HWY 133 / W PINE RD, MUSCODA, WI 53573 On February 27, 2020 at approximately 6:45 am the Grant County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a vehicle on fire on Hwy 133 near W Pine Rd located in the Township of Muscoda. Jody Kellogg, age 46 from Boscobel, was traveling eastbound on Hwy 133 in his 1995 Toyota Camry when the engine compartment caught on fire. Kellogg pulled to the side of the roadway and was able to exit the vehicle without injury. The Sheriff's Office was assisted in this matter by the Muscoda Fire Department and the vehicle was removed from the scene by L&M Salvageof Richland Center. Kellogg was summonsed for Operating After Revocation and Failure to have an IID Installed.
