Two vehicle injury crash Date 07/21/20 Address hwy 18, MONTFORT, WI 53569 On July 21, 2020 at approximately 6:30 am, Dan Lyman, 39 of Fitchburg, was westbound on HWY 18 driving a 2007 International Semi owned by C3 Logistics in Montfort. Elise Levin, 28 of Montfort, was southbound on CTH I driving her 2004 Honda Accord. Elise pulled out from the stop sign at the intersection in front of the semi. The semi struck the car. Elise was injured in the crash and was transported to the hospital for her injuries. Elise's vehicle sustained major damage and was towed from the scene by Haase Towing. Dan was not injured in the crash. Dan's semi sustained major front end damage and was towed from the scene by Doan's Towing. Elise was cited for failure to yield right of way from a stop sign. Ryan of Madison, WI was traveling south on Derinda Road on his motorcycle.  As Ryan maneuvered a curve in the roadway, Ryan lost control on some gravel that was in the roadway.  Ryan went off of the roadway into a driveway where the motorcycle went onto its side and slid off of the driveway.  Ryan was tra

CFS20-17002 Date 07/16/20 ONE VEHICLE CRASH WITH MINOR DAMAGE Address HWY 18 / OAK RD, FENNIMORE, WI 53809 On July 16, 2020, at approximately 7:55 A.M., Jessica Kricke (22 of Fennimore), was driving her 2009 Lincoln MKZ wes on Hwy 18 in Mt. Ida Township, when she swerved to avoid an animal in the road and drove into the north ditch. Kricke drove over several large rocks in the ditch, which caused damage to the undercarriage of her vehicle. Collision Specialists responded and removed the vehicle from the ditch. Kricke was wearing her seat belt and wasn't injured in the crash. No charges will be filed in this matter. One vehicle crash 06/28/20 HWY 61, POTOSI On Sunday 28 June 2020 at approximately 6:17 pm,  Nolan A. Lamantia (16) of Lancaster was driving a 2007 maroon Chevrolet Impala north on USH 61 when he fell asleep just north of Kelly Lane. Lamantia's vehicle crossed the center line, crashed into the guardrail face and then came to a rest on the right shoulder. Neither Lamantia nor his minor passenger were injured in the crash. The vehicle was sustained heavy damage and was removed from the scene by Bennett's Towing of Lancaster. Lamantia was cited for inattentive driving.
