Two vehicle crash with injuries

On August 20, 2019 at approximately 6:03 p.m., the Grant County Dispatch Center received a call of a two vehicle crash on Main Street at St.
Ann Street in Dickeyville. David J. Vosberg (36 ) of Dickeyville was traveling north on Main Street in his 2015 Jeep Patriot. Vosberg did not
see Kelly A. Recker (54) of Dubuque traveling south in her 2017 Ford Focus. Vosberg turned in front of Recker. The vehicles crashed head
on in the south bound lane. Recker was transported to Finley Hospital in Dubuque by the Dickeyville EMS. Vosberg was transported to
Southwest Health Care in Platteville by the Potosi EMS. Also assisting were the Dickeyville Fire Dept. , Jamestown Fire Dept., Jamestown
First Responders, Kieler Auto Mall Towing and Wenzel Towing of Dubuque. Vosberg was cited for fail to yield right of way.
Fatal ATV Crash
CFS19-23834 08/24/19 MARSHA LN, POTOSI, WI 53820
On Saturday, August 24, 2019, at 9:50pm, the Grant County Sheriff's Office took a report of an ATV crash with injuries, on Marsha Ln., in the Town of Paris. Dickeyville EMS, Potosi EMS, Jamestown Fire Department and Potosi Fire Department all responded to the scene, along with Deputies from the Grant County Sheriff's Office and a Warden from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. The preliminary investigation showed that 27 year old David Post of rural Potosi, was traveling southbound on Marsha Ln., when he lost control of his Honda ATV, and was thrown from the vehicle. As a result of his injuries, Post was pronounced dead at the scene by the Grant County Coroner's Office. One of Post's dogs was also killed as a result of the crash as well. The crash remains under investigation by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
