CFS19-32457 11/15/19 HWY 151, PLATTEVILLE, WI 53818

On 11/15/19, Alec Kessel, age 20 of Platteville, was driving his 2001 Saturn northbound on Hwy 151. Alec pulled to the right side of the road believing he needed to turn right. Alec realized he actually needed to turn left onto Southwest Rd. Alec looked but did not see any vehicles coming so he turned left from the far right lane. Jennifer McDonough, age 32 of Davenport, IA, was traveling northbound in her 2012 Chevrolet Equinox. Alec turned in front of Jennifer causing both vehicles to collide. Jennifer was transported by Platteville EMS to Southwest HealthCenter due to minor injuries. Alec did not report any injuries. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage. Alec was cited for Improper Left Turn and Operating While Suspended. Platteville Fire Department and SOS Towing assisted at the scene.

Farming accident injures 20 month old CFS19-16628 06/18/19 UNION RD, Platteville Wisconsin. On June 18, 2019 at approximately 7:02 pm, the Sheriff's Office received a 911 call of a 20 month old boy who was involved in a farmingaccident at a residence on Union Road. James Zimmerman was working in the barn and turned to shut the conveyor off. When he did, his 20 month old boy fell into the conveyor. The 20 month old boy suffered a serious injury to his right arm, right hand, right shoulder, left hand and chest. A Sheriff's Deputy and Southwest Health EMS arrived on scene and stabilized Brandon for Med Flight. The Sheriff's Office was assisted by Southwest Health EMS and the Platteville Fire Department for setting up a landing zone for Med Flight. The Sheriff's Office determined this a accident.

CFS20-17002 Date 07/16/20 ONE VEHICLE CRASH WITH MINOR DAMAGE Address HWY 18 / OAK RD, FENNIMORE, WI 53809 On July 16, 2020, at approximately 7:55 A.M., Jessica Kricke (22 of Fennimore), was driving her 2009 Lincoln MKZ wes on Hwy 18 in Mt. Ida Township, when she swerved to avoid an animal in the road and drove into the north ditch. Kricke drove over several large rocks in the ditch, which caused damage to the undercarriage of her vehicle. Collision Specialists responded and removed the vehicle from the ditch. Kricke was wearing her seat belt and wasn't injured in the crash. No charges will be filed in this matter. CFS20-17036 07/16/20 Attempt to locate suspicious vehicle Pine Grove Road / Whig Rd,  PLATTEVILLE, WI 53818 On July 16, 2020 at approximately 2:00 PM a juvenile female was jogging on Pine Grove Road near the intersection of Whig Road, Platteville Township. Three Vehicle Crash 10/07/20 County Road U / Salis Road, POTOSI, WI On October 7, 2020

Three Vehicle Crash 10/07/20 County Road U / Salis Road, POTOSI, WI On October 7, 2020 at 5:21 PM the Grant County Dispatch Center received a report of a three vehicle crash at County Road U and Salis Road. A 2005 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Ryan Flesch, age 31 of Potosi, was traveling east on County Road U, behind a 2005 Toyota Sienna, driven by Hilary Sahr, age 39 of Cassville. Sahr activated her right turn signal and began to slow to turn right onto Salis Road. Flesch did not see that Sahr was slowing to make a turn and struck the rear of her vehicle. The impact caused the Sahr's vehicle to cross the center line and spin around and strike a 2013 Volkswagen Passat, being driven by Randy Reynolds of Potosi, coming to a rest in the westbound lane. Between the three vehicle's involved there were 11 occupants. Flesch was cited as a result of the crash. The Grant County Sheriff's Office was assisted at the scene by Bennett's Automotive Services.  No injuries were report
